My best advice to everyone is "DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE EVER!" The unforeseen, sometimes deadly consequences can destroy lives and there are always other options in this modern age. We should all try to resolve disputes with words not violence. But if you find yourself charged with a family violence assault, whether guilty or innocent, you will require aggressive defense counsel.
